Services

Specialized support for real challenges.

Each service draws on named methods adapted to your situation. Here is the fuller picture.

  • Wide view of a man on a black sofa talking with a woman in red in a bright white office

    Anxious tension and stress

When your body stays on high alert, we map what sets it off, build skills for settling it, and put together a daily toolkit so you can respond instead of react. You learn to notice the early signals.

    • Spotting your triggers

    • Body awareness skills

    • Practical daily tools

    • Thought-challenging skills

    Perfectionism and self-criticism

    Past experiences that still intrude

Some experiences stay with us. We go at a pace that feels safe, begin with stability, and build the skills to stay in the present. Clients who need specialized trauma care are referred to a clinician who offers it.

    • Starting with stability

    • Pacing the work

    • Grounding skills

    • Body-based awareness

How it works

From first message to your last session

  1. 01

    Step 1: Getting in touch

Send a message or call. We talk about what is going on and set a time for a first session.

  2. 02

    Step 2: First session

A deeper look at your history, patterns and goals. We agree on a direction that makes sense for your life.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Weekly work

Consistent sessions with skills, practice and regular check-ins on what is working.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Spacing out

As new patterns settle in, we space sessions out. The goal is your independence.

Questions about services

Common questions about how we work together.

01How do I know which service is right for me?

You don't have to know upfront. In the first session we talk about what's going on, and I suggest a way to begin. Most people's concerns overlap, and that is normal.

02Can we work on more than one thing at once?

Yes. Most people come in with overlapping concerns, such as tension feeding into relationship patterns. We look at the whole picture, not one slice.

03What methods do you use?

I use CBT and ACT, with body-based awareness skills. The blend depends on you and what you want from the work.

04How often are sessions?

Your clinician sets the pace with you. Many people start weekly and move to every other week as things steady. It depends on your schedule and your goals.

05Do you assign homework between sessions?

Sometimes, and it is never busywork. I might suggest noticing a pattern or trying a skill. It is always optional.
