How fees work
What you pay, how to claim it back, and what we tell you before you start.
Insurance we work with
This practice is out of network. It does not bill Medicare or Medicaid, and it cannot accept them as payment. Your plan may reimburse part of the fee for out-of-network care.
Many PPO and some POS plans reimburse out-of-network care

If you pay yourself
Your fee for a session is given in writing before you start, and there is no price list on this site. Health savings and flexible spending cards work. A limited number of reduced-fee spots may be open, so ask. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel.
Receipts for reimbursement
On request you get an itemized monthly receipt, called a superbill, that you can send to your insurer. It carries a diagnosis code that your insurer will see. Your plan may reimburse part of the fee, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
An estimate in advance
If you pay without insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of your costs before care begins. We give you one in writing. If a bill is more than $400 above the estimate, you can dispute it. The estimate is not a contract.
Learn about your rightsChecking your benefits
Before your first session, we check what your plan pays toward out-of-network care and tell you what to expect. You can also call your insurer yourself.
